We offer next day firework delivery UK wide to England, Scotland and Wales. Black Cat Fireworks delivers to both business and private addresses with age verification on arrival. Firework Delivery UK
We deliver to both business and private addresses. On delivery, we require a signature. We cannot leave fireworks with anyone under the age of 18. Proof of ID may be required. If we cannot obtain a signature, we return the goods to Black Cat Fireworks Ltd. You must then pay for re-delivery.
Conditions
- The delivery charge depends on the delivery method and day you choose. We calculate and display this in a calendar at checkout.
- Next day firework delivery to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and UK offshore**) costs £25. We deliver by courier Tuesday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
- *Next day orders: We deliver the following working day when we receive and approve payment before 11am Monday to Thursday. Orders after 11am arrive a day later. For example, an order before 11am on Monday arrives Tuesday. An order after 11am on Monday arrives Wednesday.
- **Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and UK offshore takes approximately 2 days longer.
Supply of Fireworks in Scotland
- We can only supply adult fireworks (Cat F2 and Cat F3) to the general public between 7am and 6pm.
- We can only supply up to 5kg NEC of fireworks to the general public in any one purchase.
- Certain customers are exempt from these regulations. These include organisers of a public fireworks display for charitable, religious, youth, recreational, community, political or similar organisations. We can supply these customers outside permitted hours and in amounts exceeding permitted quantities.
Please note we only deliver to addresses within England, Scotland and Wales. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland as the sale of fireworks is banned by law. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands
Firework Returns & Cancellations
At Black Cat Fireworks Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to cancel or return fireworks. You have the right to cancel up to 14 working days following receipt of your order. Email us at internet@blackcatfireworks.co.uk to cancel.
We cannot accept cancellations by telephone. Once we receive your written cancellation (please allow 2-3 days), a member of our customer service team will call you to arrange specialist carrier collection. Due to the nature of our product, you must pay a return collection charge of £40.
Refund Policy
If you qualify for a refund, we aim to provide it within 7 days via the payment method you used at point of order.
Defective Items
If you consider your firework defective in any way, notify us immediately in writing using the details on our contact us page. On receipt of your complaint, a member of our customer service team will call you to discuss the matter.
