We've made ordering from us simple and stress free - even if you've never shopped online before.
Browse our superb range of firework products, adding as you go any items that you wish to purchase. If at any time you wish to view the items you have added you can do so by clicking on the shopping cart button on the top right hand side of the screen where you will be able to add and amend your order as necessary.
Once you have finished shopping, click on the 'checkout' button, where you will be asked to confirm your order and provide a few personal details that we require to process your order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the order details and delivery information.
We are only able to accept orders from mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and all of our prices are stated in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT.
Age Restriction
The law in the UK states that it is illegal for companies to sell fireworks to those persons under the age of 18. As a law abiding company, all individuals placing an order with us must be 18 years of age or older. We regret that we cannot leave fireworks in the possession of any person who is under the age of 18 and proof of ID may be required should we suspect that the person is under the age of 18.
If when delivery is attempted no one over of age of 18 is present the goods will be returned to Black Cat Fireworks and you will be required to pay for the re-delivery of your order.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro Cards.
Payment will not be taken until your goods have been dispatched and you will receive an e-mail confirming this. All payments will be taken in pounds sterling.
Delivery
We aim to offer a fast and efficient service to all of our customers and use only the most reliable couriers to help us achieve this. We deliver throughout the UK (excluding Ireland) and all of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
When placing your order with us you will be asked to select from one of the below delivery options.
1. Next day* delivery service - between the hours of 8am and 6pm - available to both business and private addresses
2. Saturday Delivery - before noon - available to both business and private addresses
3. Free Pick-up from our Huddersfield site - this will ensure no delivery costs are incurred
The cost you incur will be dependent upon the method of dispatch that you opt for. Costs are outlined as follows:
Next day* delivery costs to private/residential addresses are as follows:
Mainland UK - £15
Scotland (ex Highlands) - £20
Cornwall/Gwynedd, Dyfed & Powys - £20
Saturday delivery costs to private/residential addresses are as follows:
Mainland UK - £45
Scotland (ex Highlands) - £50
Cornwall/Gwynedd, Dyfed & Powys - £50
Once your order has been received and processed you will receive an e-mail from us confirming all the details in relation to your order.
* Next Day delivery service is on orders placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered the following day. e.g. order placed by 10am on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday; order placed after 10am on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
If upon receipt of your goods you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to provide you will a full refund, providing the goods are returned to us in good condition.
Should our products not reach you in perfect condition we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. When possible will we send an identical replacement product or send a product that is of equal value to or exceeds the value of the original product
Should you, after placing an order, change your mind you may cancel your order on the same day of receiving your confirmation e-mail. You must cancel your order by telephone. We will aim to refund you within 7 days. If your order has already been dispatched you will be liable to pay for the full delivery of the product.
Responsible Sale of Fireworks
Black Cat Fireworks are committed to promoting the safe and legal sale of fireworks.
The law in the UK states that anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to purchase fireworks and we do our utmost to ensure that our retailers adhere to this legislation.
Privacy
Black Cat Fireworks Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Customers will periodically be sent details of any special offers and new products etc. Should you wish to opt out of this mailing list please contact us.
Security
All of our customers sensitive information is automatically encrypted. The information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits - the highest level commercially available.
Once we receive your personal information we store this on secure servers and we do not store your credit card details. We use Actinic and HSBC, one of the World's largest financial services providers, to process our card payments.
