BBC 1 Standard Fireworks Coverage on The One Show
Must have viewing tonight – The One Show BBC1 at 7pm.
Standard and Black Cat Fireworks were contacted by The One Show to work with them on a special feature for their Bonfire Night Show. The One Show’s very own garden shed scientist – Marty Jopson was keen to do a piece about the science behind fireworks and how fireworks have changed over the years.
A team from The One Show visited the Standard Fireworks site in late October to make the feature. Phil Murray, the Standard Fireworks Technical Manager presented with Marty a demonstration of old and new fireworks, explaining how they work and how they have changed over the years. The feature finished with a spectacular firework display and special lance work writing of “The One Show” lit up in fireworks.
