From our head office in Huddersfield we co-ordinate the sales, marketing, sourcing, distribution of fireworks to the retail and professional trades. From 1998 Standard has been part of the Black Cat international brand.

Cholmondeley Fireworks Concert 2011

Fireworks display Cheshire

The dates for the fourth annual Pageant of Power, Cheshire based event, including the Fireworks Concert have recently been released. This year spreading across 3 days for the first time – between 15th-17th July 2011.

The Cholmondeley Estate in Malpas, Cheshire will host the elite modern and classic race and performance cars, aerobatics, helicopters, powerboats and explosive military combat displays – topping it all off with a spectacular, renowned, annual fireworks display and concert. Tomorrow there will be a Charity Bonfire & Firework Display at the ā€˜Rovers Return Inn’ Taylor Hill (formerly The Bluebell). Kirkwood Hospice charity Firework fundraiser

For the second consecutive year Black Cat Fireworks and Standard Fireworks are selling the ā€˜Golden Bees’ firework for Ā£1 and donating ALL sales to Kirkwood Hospice. Last year we raised Ā£4,500 for the charity and this year we hope to do the same or more!

Black Cat and Standard Fireworks are proud to announce their continued support and are re-launching their successful 2009 charity fundraiser for 2010. The Huddersfield based Firework supplier aims to exceed the Ā£4,500 raised in 2009 for Kirklees charity, Kirkwood Hospice and will be again donating 100% of all sales of the charity firework ā€œGolden Beesā€ which will be on sale at the Crosland Hill Factory Shop during the Bonfire Night period.
